Express your most successful team work. Highlight your critical thinking, leadership and social abilities. Do not be shy about expressing yourself confidently, but avoid being self-centered. Panels look for candidates who will fit into their programme's culture and add value to it. Tell them something unique that you can contribute to their work.

- Interviewer is looking towards clarity of purpose and conviction.

Your short-term and long term goals give an insight into what kind of person you are and how you plan to achieve your goals. Your short term goals should be such that they ultimately lead to fulfilment of long term goals. If you have a dream company or a sector you wish to get into, you can mention that.
For eg- Your short term goal is to be post graduate from the reputed IIM and your long term goal is to join your dream company.

- As an MBA, your answer must be ambitious yet realistic.

You can talk little about the institutions history, its placement records, its ranking and then how it has fascinated & inspired you to be a part of that college.

Answer :
Whenever you are asked about your role models, it is not necessary to bring celebrities into your answer. You can talk of someone very close to you, someone you have known for whole life. Tell them you don’t want to be exactly like the person but what all virtues and characteristics in the person attract you and how you aspire to have all those virtues. Make your answer believable.

Question 16. Mention 1 Significant Achievement In Your Life?

Answer :
When you are asked such a question, don’t speak of normal achievements. For eg- you scored 90% in 10th class or you won a prize in sports etc. Talk of something very significant which has a deep impact on your life.

Question 17. What Are Your Weakness And Strengths?

Answer :
When you are asked about your weakness and strengths, mention atleast 3 of them. You should have thoroughly researched on it. You can mention leadership qualities, good communication skills etc. as your strengths. It is very important to list an actual weakness. Do not say punctuality or perfectionist behaviour as weakness (something that actually sounds like a positive attribute). When you list your weaknesses, mention how you are trying to overcome them.
